Each day we have the opportunity to #BeTheDifference when we speak up, speak for and speak out to ensure everyone, every moment and every day matters.

EveryDayMatters is grateful to partner with many other community organizations a to bring additional awareness on the importance of mental health for student-athletes. Inspired by Hilinski’s Hope Foundation College Football Mental Health Week campaign, we are joining this call-to-action to break down stigma, offer quality resources and let high school student-athletes know that we care. Right here – right now.

Our first step is to bring awareness as we educate and train. Over the coming months, together with our community partners, we will be providing mental health training for coaches, athletic trainers, referees, staff and student-athletes in our community.

Here are 10 things you can do right here, right now to #BeTheDifference

Ask someone how they are
and actively listen

Pay it forward – #BetterTogether

Volunteer: organize a group to volunteer together or be a participant

Call someone just because.

Become Mental Health First Aid and QPR certified.

Schedule some quiet time,
a walk or yoga

Be kind and intentional

Offer help…be willing to
accept help as well
